RULES FOR 14ª Volta do Lago CAIXA REGISTRATION.

1 - The registration must be done by the Internet, in the web site www.voltadolagocaixa.com.br

2 – The registration period will be separated in shares as down:

- RELAY TEAMS:

  • 1º Lot: From February 20 to March 31st of 2017–Value: R$ 95,00 by athlete.
  • 2º Lot: From April 1st to May 7 of 2017 - Value R$ 105,00 by athlete.
  • 3º Lot: From May 8 to May 28 of 2017 - Value R$ 135,00 by athlete.

 

- RIDE BIKE RELAY:

  • 1º Lot: From February 20 to March 31st of 2017–Value: R$ 85,00 by athlete.
  • 2º Lot: From April 1st to May 7 of 2017 - Value R$ 95,00 by athlete.
  • 3º Lot: From May 8 to May 28 of 2017 - Value R$ 125,00 by athlete.

 

- ULTRAMARATONA INDIVIDUAL 60K:

  • Single lot: From February 20 to May 28 of 2017 – Value R$ 355,00 by athlete.

 

- ULTRAMARATONA INDIVIDUAL 100K:

  • Single lot: From February 20 to May 29 of 2017 – Value R$ 505,00 by athlete.

3. – THE REGISTRATION WILL BE HELD AS FOLLOWS:

3.1 - PHASE 1: TEAM REGISTRATION AND CAPTAIN

There will be a description of the team and captain information: team name, sponsor, number of participants and the personal captain data. After adding all the data the team will be able to pay. You must create a login (the email will be informed) and password for subsequent access to staff data and inclusion of other members.

Obs.: Important: There can be no duplicate entries with the same e-mail, the system will not accept the same email captain for two or more registrations. 

3.2 - PHASE 2: REGISTRATION OF MEMBERS: 

After confirming the payment of registration fee, the team will be release to fill out the form from the others team members. The team will be obligated to include the others team member’s data.

3.3 - The captain shall be responsible for choosing the team starting time, should pay close attention to opening times and closing of PI’s. 

3.4 - The captain may change the composition of the team until May 31 of 2017. 

3.5 - At the end of this period, the teams that do not comply with the requirements will be automatically off the entry list, no refund of the registration fee. 

3.6 - REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYEES OF CAIXA AND CAIXA DEPENDENTS

3.6.1 – They are exempt from the registration fee payment, except the 60K AND 100K INDIVIDUALS ULTRAMATHONS.

 3.6.2 – The Phases 1 and 2 above shall be complied with mandatory reporting of functional registration of each member.

3.6.3 – In the case of dependents (spouse and children) and retirees linked to FUNCEF should be informed registration holder (employee or ex-employee).

3.6.4 – For these teams will be validated, previously, the enrollment e data informed in relation with the titular and dependents with CAIXA and FUNCEF, for effective of registration , if applied.
